Research skills
Technical
During my master, I have built up a wealth of techniques including:
- Molecular/Cell Biology: Highly experiments literate able to RNA and DNA extraction, PCR, CRISPR/Cas9, western blotting, Arabidopsis transformation, confocal microscopy, disease resistance assay.
- Bioinformatics techniques: Familiar with R and python, able to RNA-seq data analysis, untargeted metabolism data analysis, genome-wide association analysis(GWAS), and genome population analysis.
- Analytical techniques: Quantify the endogenous level of SA by LC-MS.
Supervision
- Supervised 5 undergraduate students who participated in the Henan province College Student Life Science Competition (2021), during my 2nd year. Organised and planned their work; managed them on a day-to-day basis and explained scientific facts to them.
